Payment: Payment with order. We welcome Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Electron, Solo and JCB, cheque and postal orders made payable to Ann Cox Silk Ribbons.

Returns: We only accept returns after prior authorisation from a member of our staff. Authorised returns must be accompanied with the original invoice details.

Delivery: All orders will be sent First Class. Please allow 28 days for delivery, but orders are usually despatched within 5 days of receipt. Any queries we will contact you via email for clarification.
